Simply pay for your box month to month with no commitments, no contract and easy cancellation.

The Elves pack your box and send it to you each month ready to open on the 25th of every month
Your box will be packed and dispatched by our Elves with a handpicked selection of 5 Christmas goodies. Be warned, it may cause extreme excitement!

Unbox your Christmas goodies and enjoy
When your monthly box has arrived, it's time to turn up the Christmas music, put on your Santa hat and dig in. Now you can celebrate Christmas every month! Enjoy!

When will my Christmas box be delivered?
Your first box will be delivered by our Elves between the 18th - 25th of February. Every box after that will be delivered 18th - 25th each month, ready for you to open on the 25th of every month. Now you can celebrate Christmas all year round! Woohoo!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel easily and hassle free. If you would like to cancel your month-to-month subscription simply email us info@xmascount.com before your next billing date (always the 28th).
Please note: If you cancel when you have already been charged for a month, the cancellation will take effect the following month and you will not be charged for the upcoming payment.
When will I be charged for my box?
When you place an order for the month-to-month subscription you will be charged on the day you order your first box. Your next charge will be the 28th of the following month. Example: Order placed and charged June 7th. Your next billing date will be July 28th.
If you have selected the 6 month or 12 month plan you will be charged for 6 or 12 months on the day you place the order. Once your subscription runs out you will be re-billed 6 or 12 months later on the 28th of the month your subscription expires on.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the World! No matter where you are in the World, you can sign up! Santa delivers everywhere and so do we! If you have any questions please email the Elves: info@xmascount.com
Orders outside the UK might incur duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your order outside the UK.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the surprise nature of the box contents we do not accept refunds or exchanges for any reason other than damaged items. Please send a photo of your damaged items to info@xmascount.com and the Elves will happily replace or refund the damaged items.
